	6:00 PM					Vintner Series Dinner with Chef Roberto -- canceled Thank you for your interest. Our Vintner Series Dinner has been canceled. We plan on rescheduling in 2019. This is our chance to let Chef Roberto shine! Enjoy a custom created meal which will be paired with custom flight of Silver Oak wines. Both Chef and vintner representatives will be on hand to talk about their creations! Here is the proposed menu. Ingredients subject to change with availability. Only the freshest ingredients will be used. All wine pairings are included in the meal. FIRST COURSE Sweet White Corn Chowder with Lobster Pico de Gallo, Basil Gastric SECOND COURSE Smoked Trout & Roasted Baby Beet Salad with Blood Orange Segments, Humbolt Fog Goat Cheese & a Lavender Honey Citrus Vinaigrette THIRD COURSE Roasted Portobello Carpaccio with a Seared Pork Belly & Grilled Peach Skewer with a Huckleberry Port Glaze FOURTH COURSE Duck Leg Confit with Roasted Garlic Hand-Smashed Gold Yukon Potato and Balsamic Glazed Fig Demi FIFTH COURSE Dulce de Leche Tower $149 per person wine included.
